My reply to your letter; I have placed in dark red so as not to be misunderstood or confused. You seem to have enough of that in your life already…

 Note; I have removed Karl's last name and email address so as not to embarrass him. Embarrassment is not the intent here but to learn  and glean from the word of God.

but I do take issue with some of your content. I read every link you have
regarding why you will not watch the movie "The Passion Of The Christ" I
myself have not seen the movie but that doesn't make any difference. You
proclaim to be a Christian but your intolerance of others, especially the
Catholic Faith is obvious. That is not a Christian attitude. 

I recognize the fact that there are many different churches, religions, and faiths. False religions which are deceiving many and misleading them with the misconception that they are going to heaven when in actuality they are going to split hell wide open and spend eternity in that terrible place. As a Christian, should I be passive and tolerant, not wanting to step on some ones toes, keeping the gospel of Christ to myself and not warn them of their folly? This is the trouble with believing Christians around the world now. Tolerance is just another word for hiding your light under a bushel but the Bible says that we are to be a light in the world.  
 
Mathew 5: 13, 16
[13] Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men.
[14] Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.
[15] Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house.
[16] Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

For your information Catholic means Universal therefore Catholic Church
means universal church.

Yes and most in this universal church haven’t a clue as to how to be saved and born again. Which means most are in this false church and headed to a devils hell. The church which Christ established was a local, visible, body of baptized believers and have progressed down thru the ages and even are some today. But the Catholic universal church isn’t one of them…

Until King Henry VIII of England broke away from Rome and formed a
Protestant Religion because the Pope would not allow him to annul his
marriage with his first wife the Catholic Church was the basis of all
Christianity.

Later came the nailing of the proclamation by Martin Luther which further
disintergrated the Christian church. Most of Northern Europe became
Lutheran, England became Protestant and Southern Europe remained Catholic.
(generally speaking)

With a large influx of immigrants to the United States Of America in the
19th and early 20th century from all over Europe and the United Kingdom
(including Catholic Ireland) they took their religions with them. As time
wore on further splinter groups developed until there became a number of
Christian Religions all claiming to be the way to salvation. I could name
many, Mormons, Jehovah's Witnesses, Baptist, and so on but the fact remains
that the basis of all Christian faith was in the church of Rome.

Well thank you for this history lesson and this list of other false religions but let’s not stop there. (And I must agree that there are some sects of Baptist which are teaching false doctrine but they are not true Baptist but just using the Baptist name) It was also the church at Rome which persecuted the early Christians, known as Ana Baptist, and fed them to the lions. The early Christians were tortured on racks and beaten, burned at the stake, or beheaded and their heads, placed on top of poles, lined the roads to Rome for all to see and witness... 

We also have the self proclaimed messiahs who preach that they are the road
to salvation. Where do they get that from? 

Some of the ones they get that from are called Priest. You know, the ones who sit hiding in those little confessionals and misguide and have people confess their sins to them and pray to them or to Mary to be absolved when only God can forgive them their sins and not a man or a woman... The priest who take peoples money to pray their lost and dead out of hell. Which, by the way, can not be done according to the Bible.

You can read of such a Priests, a Jesuit Priest by the name of Alberto Rivera, who found Christ and became saved and denounced the Priesthood and its false teachings and the Catholic Church. Jesus Christ himself said at the Last Supper when handing to his apostles
the bread and wine. "Do this in memory of me"

You are right here. Jesus did say this. It happens to be one of the two ordinances which Christ left for His church to observe. The other one is Baptism by emersion… These two ordinances are to be for the Christian believer… Baptism, the first work of a new born again and saved child of God to show the world and depict their salvation by the death, burial, and resurrection of Christ. But only after they have been saved… This is to be done in a local, visible, body of believer’s church which Christ has established.

The first ordinance is Baptism.
1. Who is baptism for in The New Testament?
Answer. Baptism is for the believer.
( Mark 16: 15, 16---Rom. 6: 1, 6)

a. How are the saved to be baptized?
Emersion. ( Rom. 6: 3, 4 )

The second ordinance is The Lord's Supper.
1. What is the Lord's supper for? We so in remembrance and show the Lord's death till he comes. ( I Corinthians 11: 24, 34)

Further to that Jesus also said of Saint Peter (and the name Peter means
rock). "On this rock I will build my church."

And concerning Peter.. Matthew 16: 18 From the footnote in my Scofield KJV bible: "There is in the Greek a play upon the words, "thou art Peter [Petros-- literally, a little rock'] and upon this rock {Petra} I will build my church." He does not  promise to build His church upon Peter, but upon Himself, as Peter himself is careful to tell us {I Peter 2: 4- 9}  For Christ is the Chief Corner Stone…

St Peter became the first Pope.

ALL CHRISTIANS ARE SAINTS SO I GUESS I'M A POPE TOO? FOR ALL OF GOD'S CHILDREN ARE REFERRED TO AS SAINTS…    

The Catholic faith is the only one that can trace its roots back to
the establishment of Christianity during Christ's time on Earth when he
walked amongst men. No other Christian religion can make that claim.

WRONG AGAIN, CHRIST WAS BAPTIZED BY JOHN THE BAPTIST, (A TITLE NAME) AND CHRIST WAS THEREFORE A BAPTIST AND ESTABLISHED THE FIRST CHURCH UPON HIMSELF. JUST WHERE DO YOU THINK WE BAPTIST GOT OUR NAME, ANYWAY? THE APOSTLES WERE THE FIRST CHURCH AND BAPTIZED IN THE NAME OF THE FATHER, AND OF THE SON, JESUS WHO WAS BAPTIZED OF JOHN AND FORMED THE FIRST CHURCH, AND THE HOLY SPIRIT...     

Again your obvious intolerance of the Catholic faith is not a Christian attitude.

MY BIBLE SAYS WE'RE NOT TO BE TOLERANT OF FALSE RELIGIONS BUT TO COME OUT FROM AMONGST THEM AND BE YE SEPARATE OF THE TRASH THEY TRY AND SPREAD, DECEIVING THE INNOCENT AND LEADING THEM INTO THEIR FALSE RELIGIONS AND THE PITS OF HELL... THE CHRISTIAN ATTITUDE IS TO SPREAD THE GOSPEL OF CHRIST AND DO IT IN LOVE AND THIS WE DO. BUT WE DO NOT WALLOW IN THE MYER OF DECEIT OR CAST OUR PEARLS BEFORE THE SWINE... 

Matthew 7: 6  [6] Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn again and rend you.

I believe you have the right to choose your own faith and I respect whatever
you choose.

YOU CAN RESPECT THE FALSE RELIGIONS AND THE HELL BOUND FALSE TEACHERS IF YOU WANT TO BUT I DON'T INTEND TO. I'LL SHOW THEM COMMON COURTESY AND WITH THE LOVE OF JESUS TELL THEM HOW TO BE SAVED IF THEY ASK AND SHOW SINCERE DESIRE TO FIND THE TRUTH CONCERNING CHRIST. OTHER THAN THAT, I DON'T DESIRE THE ASSOCIATION. WE HAVE NOTHING IN COMMON.   

 Many thousands of men and women gave their lives in various
wars over the years so you could have that freedom of choice.  

AND JUST WHAT IN THE WORLD DOES MY PATRIOTISM HAVE TO DO WITH THIS. I AM FULLY AWARE OF MY FREEDOM AND THE PRICE WHICH HAS BEEN PAID FOR IT. FOR GODLY MEN FORMED THIS COUNTRY AND THIS IS WHAT IT IS BASED ON. OR AT LEAST WAS BASED UPON. 

It is a freedom you should hold dear because it was bought with the blood of many.
Do not abuse it or use your own beliefs to slander some one else's.

I am not a student of theology THAT'S OBVIOUS but I do a lot of reading WHAT, THE FUNNY PAPERS and I have a strong belief in my faith.

WELL WHOOP DE DO. WHAT SATAN BELIEVING, HELL BOUND, FALSE PROCLAIMING CHRISTIAN DOESN'T? 

I will also defend my faith before anyone who chooses to criticize me for having that faith.

STATING FACTS ABOUT YOUR FALSE TEACHERS ISN'T CRITICIZING, OH, NO, IT'S CALLING A SPADE A SPADE AND A SERVANT OF THE DEVIL JUST WHAT HE IS. A DECEIVING, HYPOCRITE AND SNAKE IN THE GRASS ANGEL FROM THE PITS OF HELL ITSELF.....  

Believe what you will but do not use God's name through Christ in slandering overs.

SLANDERING, LOOK WHO'S TALKING. TELLING THE TRUTH ISN'T SLANDERING. CHRIST WASN'T SLANDERING WHEN HE SPOKE TO THE PHARISEES AND PRIEST... BUT HE DID BEGIN TELLING EVERYTHING IN PARABLES SO THEY WOULDN'T UNDERSTAND THE TRUTH AND BE CONVERTED.

We believe in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the giver of life

We believe in one Holy Catholic and Apostolic church    

CATHOLIC (UNIVERSAL) I BELIEVE THE BIBLE SAYS WE ARE TO BE LOCAL AND VISIBLE....

We acknowledge one baptism for the forgiveness of sins 

OOPS, THIS IS ANOTHER BOO BOO AND SOUNDS LIKE THE CHURCH OF CHRIST CROWD AND OTHERS SEEKING SALVATION THRU THE WORKS OF BAPTISM... HONK! WRONG!

We look for the resurrection of the dead 

FROM WHERE? PURGATORY? YEA THE PLACE WHERE YOU PAY MONEY TO HAVE A PRIEST PRAY THE LOST DEAD SOUL OUT OF HELL INTO HEAVEN.... YEA RIGHT!
And the life of the world to come.

AND THAT IS YOUR STATEMENT OF FAITH...

I also have an issue with the wealth of the various churches, including my
own. The Catholic Religion owns real estate in every continent and art and
tapestry treasures that are priceless. The Protestants own large tracts of
land everywhere also. Both have huge Cathederals worth millions of dollars
in various cities throughout the world. The Mormons basically own Salt Lake
City and a lot of the State of Utah in the USA. I don't know what the
wealth of the Baptist church is but I would guess it too would be
considerable. Television ministries are a multi million dollar industry.

YEA AND 99% OF THEM ARE TEACHING AND BEGGING FOR MONEY AND ARE AS FALSE AND DUPING AND TRIPPING UP FOLKS WANTING TO DO SOMETHING FOR GOD AND THESE FALSE SO CALLED LEADERS WILL STAND IN JUDGMENT BEFORE THE WRATH OF GOD AND SPEND ETERNITY WITH THE ONE THEY WORSHIP… I BELIEVE THE FLAMES WILL BE HOTTER FOR THESE THAN THOSE THEY LED ASTRAY…

Through all this millions of people, especially children are starving in the
third world. World Vision tells us we can sponsor a needy child for $1.00 a
week (which I do). How many needy people could we feed if churches gave up
some of their wealth. I find it a little hypocrical to be so wealthy and to
preach the Word of God while watching others starve. I often wondere if
some (not all, their are many good people ministring God's work) so called
Men of God are not really Men of Greed.

You can do two things with this e-mail...... you can delete it and forget 
about it.....or you can reply to me...  

 WRONG ANSWER! THERE IS THREE THINGS I COULD DO WITH THIS E-MAIL.. THE THIRD ONE BEING PRINT IT OUT AND USE IT FOR KITE MATERIAL OR TOILET PAPER.. You proclaim to be a Christian, so act like one and stop finding faults
with another's beliefs.

YOU WANTED TO SEE WHAT I'D SAY? WELL THERE IS A CATTLE CAR LOAD OF TRUTH FOR YOU AND HERE IS THE FINAL CONCLUSION…   YOUR IN A FALSE RELIGION AND IF YOU DIE IN THE STATE YOUR IN WITH YOUR CATHOLIC STATEMENT OF FAITH YOU SENT ME; THEN YOUR GOING TO SPEND ETERNITY IN THE DEVILS HELL YOU'RE WORSHIPING IN.

ON THE OTHER HAND IF YOU SHOULD SEE THE LIGHT AND REALIZE THAT CHRIST DIED FOR YOU ON THE CROSS, REPENT OF YOUR SINS AND BELIEVE ON HIM, NOT HIS MOTHER, BUT ON JESUS CHRIST AND PRAY TO JESUS CHRIST, AGAIN NOT TO HIS MOTHER OR SOME OTHER SAINT, POPE, PRIEST, PERSON OR STATUE, BUT TO JESUS AND ASK HIM TO FORGIVE YOU OF YOUR SINS AND THEN ACCEPT HIM AS YOUR PERSONAL LORD AND SAVIOUR, HE WILL SAVE YOU. AND THEN YOU CAN BE BAPTIZED IN A LOCAL BAPTIST, BIBLE BELIEVING CHURCH AND BEGIN YOUR NEW REBIRTH AND CHRISTIAN WALK WITH CHRIST...  OTHER WISE;

[5] And whosoever will not receive you, when ye go out of that city, shake off the very dust from your feet for a testimony against them.

THE BALL IS IN YOUR COURT NOW. SO WHAT WILL YOU DO WITH JESUS? ACCEPT HIM AND COME OUT OF YOUR FALSE RELIGION AND BE SAVED OR HANG ON TO WHAT YOU HAVE AND SPEND ETERNITY HAND IN HAND WITH SATAN?

May God have mercy on all those who wish to be saved or feel they have been saved but are struggling to go to heaven some other way other than thru the blood of Jesus Christ. I pray for those such as Karl who have thru a family tradition or false teaching have been tricked into believing a false religion. It may have a form of godliness but inwardly is filled with raveling wolves. I can only pray that God will use this ministry to help at least some see the truths of God’s word as found in the KJV Bible and that they will turn from their false religion, find Christ as their personal Saviour, and be born again. And for these who do I will praise God for His mercy and love. Well Glory!

Once again I Thank YOU for visiting with me... If you don't know my Jesus as your personal Saviour but would like to, why not, in your own words, ask Jesus to forgive you of your sins, acknowledge that you believe that Jesus was born of a virgin, suffered and gave his life on that old cross, shedding His pure blood as the ultimate sacrifice for you, and that on the third day arose from the grave and is on the right hand of God the Father in heaven both now and forever more. And then ask Jesus to come into your heart and save your soul, writing your name in the Lambs Book of Life.. If you have accepted Jesus today, that means that you are saved and born again. You have been adopted into the family of God just like me... I am then not only your friend but your brother in Christ.
