This is a letter I received from a fellow who needs help.... I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ and will share it with you all. Perhaps it may help someone to understand why we need to know, what real Bible truth truly is.... Patrick's letter is in this format and blue color and my answer is in this brown format and color… (smile)

Notice it was believe first and then baptism…

It’s called the 1611 King James Version…. The reason I know that your not reading the true version is because of your site’s opening page.   This is what I found…  Phillipians 1-20 "For I live in eager expectaion and hope that I will never do anything that causes me shame, but that I will always be BOLD for Christ.

How Radical Do you Wanna Be for Christ?

Well mister radical it should have read;

Philippians 1: 20
20 According to my earnest expectation and my hope, that in nothing I shall be ashamed, but that with all boldness, as always, so now also Christ shall be magnified in my body, whether it be by life, or by death.
21 For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain.

And by the way you misspelled Phillipians? Did that come from your Bible as you copied it or did you just type it in that way….

42 And he said unto Jesus, Lord, remember me when thou comest into thy kingdom.

E-mail me for all of the scripture, if you would like them.  That’s Ok, you’d just send something from your perverted Bible which has changed the true meaning… I do hope that you took the time to read today’s thought entitled; “Departing from Truth”.

Mark1 14, 15
14 Now after that John was put in prison, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God,
15 And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel

And in case your not familiar with the gospel of Christ it can be found in

I Corithians 15, 1, 4
1 Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand;
2 By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. (((What is this saying here? By which also ye are saved. Could this mean that one is saved by the gospel?  Well Glory!  What a revelation…
3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;
4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures

So, why did someone (preacher/teacher/parent) lead you in a Sinner's Prayer, or teach you to lead someone else in it in the first place?

Yea, well tell that to the thief on the cross who got saved by the sinner's prayer.  And don't forget to not forget to ask God to forgive you this blasphemy letter you've sent today. If, I said IF you've ever been saved then you're forgiven but it is a shame that you can't trust in the blood of Christ which makes me believe that you've trusted in the water instead of the blood which makes hell an even more real place since your headed in that general direction... Listen, your ideas are sincere and you've been taught what your preaching but you really need to search more and find Christ so that you can hear the leading of the Holy Spirit.... You've mentioned in your letter about not having verses to back up my faith. WELL, Here are a few verses which in your radical mind must have over looked.

Romans 1: 16
[16] For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

Romans 3:23
[23] For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;

Romans 3:10
[10] As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:

Romans 5:12
[12] Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:

Romans 5: 8, 9
[8] But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
[9] Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.

Romans 6: 23
[23] For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Romans 10: 13
[13] For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

Revelations 3: 20
[20] Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.

Romans 10: 9, 10
[9] That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
[10] For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

John 3: 16
[16] For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Yea check out that verse 9 and 10 of Romans 10  and vs. 13 just once more... That my friend is the sinners prayer or part.... The other part is repentance

Ephesians 2: 8, 10
[8] For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:

[9] Not of works, lest any man should boast.
[10] For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

hmmmmm it didn't say;     For by water baptism are you saved, did it?   Why NO!  And by the way baptism is a work. The very first work a saved person does when he becomes baptized into a local body of believers… But that is more doctrine you won’t understand…

DO WHAT YOU WANT AND STILL GO TO HEAVEN.... Well here we go again. Yes,  you will go to heaven once you’ve been truly saved. Some claim to be Christian but aren’t. Now as for the carnal Christian, Well there is a punishment for your actions done in sin. It isn’t a get off scott free sort of thing your implying here… If you don’t mind my saying; I’m truly amazed at how many doctrines you’ve managed to screw up here in one letter…

Patrick, do you realize that you’re gonna be held accountable to God Almighty for the web site and the things, misguided and untruthful doctrines, you’re trying lay on folks who are unlearned or even babes in Christ… If your numbers are correct then you have 34,000 folks that you have misled and will stand before God for and answer for you preaching’s…  
 

Mathew 7: 13, 20

And here is one verse just for you because I read enough that you belong to the, baptize in the name of Jesus only crowd…

Mathew 28: 18, 20

17 And when they saw him, they worshipped him: but some doubted.

18 And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.

19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:

20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

ETERNAL SECURITY VS. ETERNAL RESPONSIBILITY......mentality!!!! All a lie from the very pits of hell....

7:15 For that which I do I allow not: for what I would, that do I not; but what I hate, that do I.

7:16 If then I do that which I would not, I consent unto the law that it is good.

7:17 Now then it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me.

7:18 For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh,) dwelleth no good thing: for to will is present with me; but how to perform that which is good I find not.

7:19 For the good that I would I do not: but the evil which I would not, that I do.

7:20 Now if I do that I would not, it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me.

7:21 I find then a law, that, when I would do good, evil is present with me.

7:22 For I delight in the law of God after the inward man:

7:23 But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members.

7:24 O wretched man that I am! who shall deliver me from the body of this death?

7:25 I thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord. So then with the mind I myself serve the law of God; but with the flesh the law of sin.

Romans 8; 1, 4

8:1 There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

8:2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.

8:3 For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:

8:4 That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

it does matter if you believe in Jesus or not. At least we agree on that last sentence. It truly matters…  We at Radical for God WILL stand up for JESUS, HEAVEN and SALVATION!!  YOU MAY BE STANDING UP BUT NOT FOR THE TRUTH CONCERNING JESUS, HEAVEN, OR SALVATION. THEY SEEM TO BE JUST WORDS POPPING FROM YOUR KEYBOARD....

Mathew 7: 1, 6 

1 Judge not, that ye be not judged.

2 For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.

3 And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother’s eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?

4 Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye?

5 Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother’s eye.

And I guess this next verse is how I feel concerning you. I’m afraid this lesson which has been made from your, how did you put it, not meant to be sarcastic, is going to fall upon deft ears….

6 Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn again and rend you.

AND THEN YOU CAN SERVE GOD INSTEAD OF THE DEVIL...   if he can make you believe you are saved with a few spoken words and keep you from knowing TRUE SALVATION, he has done his job!!!
 

NO THANK YOU PATRICK... IF I WANT THE TRUTH I'LL GO TO THE KING JAMES BIBLE AND TRUST IN THE GUIDANCE OF THE HOLY SPIRIT TO LEAD ME INTO ALL TRUTH.... I'M SORRY THAT YOU'VE MISSED THE BOAT MY FRIEND AND I HOPE THAT I HAVEN'T FALLEN INTO THE CATEGORY OF; UNCHARITABLE! For:

8 Charity never faileth: but whether there be prophecies, they shall fail; whether there be tongues, they shall cease; whether there be knowledge, it shall vanish away.  

9 For we know in part, and we prophesy in part.

10 But when that which is perfect is come, then that which is in part shall be done away.

11 When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things.

12 For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.

13 And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity. 

 Well Patrick, I guess It’s time for you to become a man and put away the childish teachings. I’ll send this letter to my little flock and I’ll make a page on the Jim Keeling Ministries site as well. I will however, remove your last name and leave off your link to your site as I do not endorse web sites which teach such atrocities against my Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, as I’ve found there.

Once again I Thank YOU for visiting with me... If you don't know my Jesus as your personal Saviour but would like to, why not, in your own words, ask Jesus to forgive you of your sins, acknowledge that you believe that Jesus was born of a virgin, suffered and gave his life on that old cross, shedding His pure blood as the ultimate sacrifice for you, and that on the third day arose from the grave and is on the right hand of God the Father in heaven both now and forever more. And then ask Jesus to come into your heart and save your soul, writing your name in the Lambs Book of Life.. If you have accepted Jesus today, that means that your are saved and born again. You have been adopted into the family of God just like me... I am then not only your friend but your brother in Christ. Please write and let me know of that decision so that I might pray and rejoice with you…
